Return Policy

Our Returns Center makes it easy to return an item, for either Exchange or Returns! You can return any item purchased from sullen.com within 21 days of the original purchase date for any reason. All returned items must be in new and saleable condition, free from damage, wear, lint, hair, makeup, or washing. You can also get a full refund on returned items that meet the previous mentioned conditions.

All Returns must be shipped back at the customers expense. Call 714-799-0077 or e-mail sales@sullenclothing.com to get the return address. The return address will be the same as the return address on the original package. With your exchanges you must include a note with the style, size, and color of the item you want to exchange and the address you need it shipped back to.

Shipping

All orders placed before 4PM West Coast will be shipped the same day; any other orders after 4PM will be shipped the following day. All orders over $100 will have to be signed for. All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. You will receive an e-mail to confirm shipping. Please check for your confirmation. In addition, we may also notify you by e-mail if there was an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and the shipping method you choose.

Risk of Loss or Delay
All items purchased from sullen.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
